Object: Sub industry management of dairy cattle breeding at agrarian enterprises. Purpose: work out of scientific grounds and recommendations on the improvement of development management of dairy cattle breeding at agrarian enterprises on the regional level. Results: grounds of methodical and practical recommendations on the improving of dairy cattle-breeding management at agrarian enterprises. Novelty: mechanism of peopleware at agricultural enterprises management has got further development; theoretical and methodical approaches to dairy cattle breeding as to the object of management are improved; the structure of livestock-breeding branch management at the agrarian enterprises is improved; the tasks of activities and skills that a manager of a dairy farm has to have got the further development; the systems of budgeting concerning specific conditions of a dairy farm functioning isimproved; the model of current management quality milk is worked out.
