Bukach V. Constitutional political rights and their ensuring by militia

The thesis is devoted to a research of the role of militia in the ensuring of constitutional political rights and freedoms of citizens.On the basis of the literature analyses and the practice generalizing the author formulated own opinion about the nature, the notion and the content of the constitutional political rights and freedoms and the mechanism of their ensuring. The historical basis of formation, the constitutional political rights and freedoms of humans and citizens legal embodiment are analyzed. The competence, the forms and the methods of the militia activity aitv the sphere of the constitutional political rights and freedoms of citizens ensuring are researched. The propositions and the recommendations to the legislation concerning the militia activity at the sphere of the constitutional political rights and freedoms of citizens ensuring improvement are elaborated.
