Vasyl'yeva V. Monitoring of safety of particular preventive maintenance of controlled infections.

With the aim of effectiveness of immuneprophylactic it was held, firstly in Ukraine, the analysis of reactogeneity of monovalent and combined vaccines' preparations of calendar of preventive inoculations, it was improved the system of measures, directed on prevention of postvaccinal reactions and complications. It was determined the indexes of reactogeneity of inoculations, which were used in Ukraine at first time. It was held the researches with the help of epidemiological, clinical, laboratory-diagnostic and statistical methods. It was confirmed that the level of reactogeneity of different groups of vaccines' preparations of calendar of preventive inoculations is significantly lower than the level, mentioned by acting normative documents. It was detected that most of postvaccinal's complications were registered among children of "groups of risk". It was found the facts, which caused, directly or indirectly, the development of serious postvaccinal's reactions and complications.
