Object of investigation: is an economic reform in agrarian sector of the Ukraine. The purpose of research: shaping the economic mechanism of the management agricultural enterprise in the form society with limited liability. Methods: economy-statistical, monographic, accounting-constructive, balance, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: worded scientific positions serves the central to decision theoretical and practical problems of the shaping the economic mechanism of the management in agricultural society. Research novelty: is motivated essence to categories "economic mechanism of the management" for conditions of market economies; the certain particularities of the creation and operation society with limited li-ability as subject of the management in agrarian sphere; the complemented methods of the study of the economic mechanism of the management on base of the system approach; is it for the first time motivated system to employment workman agricultural enter-prise with provision for seasonal; is it for the first time designed system of the tax planning to economic activity. Extent of inculcate: results to thesis's are introduced in facilities Volchanskogo and Velikoburlutskogo region of Harkovskoy area.
