Theoretical and practical aspects of anti-crisis management of enterprises in countries of Central and Eastern Europe and CIS are researched in the thesis, the author uses examples of Slovenia, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia, Belorus. Modern concepts of anti-crisis management of enterprises are analyzed, special traits of anti-crisis management in transitional countries are shown in this work. Also classification of crisis situations is peresented. In this work principles and elements of mechanism of anti-crisis management in transitional countries are carried out. The author finds out in this research main advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods of bankruptcy threats at the enterprises, the possibility to use these methods at the enterprises of transitional countries. It is highlighted in this research that it is suitable to use quantative methods of insolvancy evaluation, because these methods take into account management coefficient. It has been outlined that the main tools of anticrisismanagement in transitional economies are rehabilitation and restructuring of enterprises. The econometric model for optimal anti-crisis management of enterprises was presented, the author analyzed possibility of its usage in Ukraine and factors of ukrainian enterprises insolvency. The influence of state anti-crisis regulation on establishment of anti-crisis management system in Ukraine is formulated.
