Essay

The thesis is devoted to develop the geometrical models, algorithms and programs of calculations and visualisation on personal computer the mutual connected rotors and the exhaust windows of displacement rotary compressor. The models are necessary for definition of rotor's rational forms of displacement compressors of rotor's type, intended for natural gas compression and its supply in chambers of combustion of gas turbines at the given level of rise in temperature of gas. Two constructive schemes of compressors are considered. Under the first scheme arches of circles describe the cogs and hollows of rotors. Under the second scheme - formed by mutual rolling. Ratios between geometrical parameters of mutual connected rotors that provide their serviceability at presence of constructive clearance in a working part of compressor are determined. An algorithm of definition of geometrical characteristics of mutual connected rotors is developed at any value of a corner of their turn that is necessary for gas dynamics calculations of compressors. Results of work are introduced into practice of creation and modernisation of displacement rotary compressors and blower such as Ruts at the enterprises of area.
