Kot G. Formation of psychological culture of the leaders of secondary schools in conditions post-graduate education.

The dissertation (the article) is devoted to research of components, structure and a personal determination of psychological culture the leaders of secondary schools of educational system. The purpose of this dissertation turns to development of psychological technologies of formation and development of general and special administrative (manage) skills with the help of psychological training.Here the theoretical contents and correlation of concepts were considered which are connected with psychological culture, approaches of dimension its components, features of use of the multivariate system approach in research of latent structure of system of features and personal properties, styles of administrative (management) interaction, the (manage)administrative skills, personal potentials and other parameters (characteristics).By the means of factor analysis the empirical models of the "real" and "ideal" leaders were formulated. Compare these results and take into consideration the system form (backbone) factors, demands of the theory of management, psychology, ethics and other criterial systems, the internal personal objects were determined for both influence and formations with the help of psychological training means and for speeding-up the development of the (management) administrative skills and psychological culture of the leaders of educational institutions.
