The Thesis is devoted to research of methodical features of development of the mechanism of protection of consumers' rights in conditions of economy in transition and becoming of the market relations in Ukraine. In Thesis social and economic preconditions of necessity of the new mechanism of protection of consumers' rights are proved; the modern condition of the domestic consumer's market, quality and safety of the goods, a level of satisfaction of basic needs and protection of consumers' rights is analysed; the current legislation of consumers' sphere, and also institutional base of the mechanism of protection of consumers' rights in Ukraine is analysed for their conformity of a modern situation and to requirements of the European Union, the considered offers concerning their improvement; methodical bases of development of substantive provisions of the concept of a national consumer's policy are proved.
