Essay

In this thesis in concordance with the data of clinical-instrumental, laboratory and genetic examination of the patients the particularities of the clinical course of the salt-sensitive arterial hypertension, twenty-four-hour profile of blood pressure as well as efficiency of the current antihypertensive therapy depending of the salt-sensitivity were determined, differentiated schemes of the treatment of salt-sensitive arterial hypertension were designed . Are received new and are complemented known given about influence genetic polymorphism of gene of ACE on clinical course of disease and efficiency of antihypertensive therapy. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
