Kislitsa N. Organization-legal Grounds of Criminalistics Divisions of the Bodies of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Activity

Thesis is devoted to the analysis and settling of оorganization-legal problems of criminalistics divisions of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine activity. The place and significance of criminalistics divisions of the bodies of internal affairs in disclosing, investigation and prevention of crimes organization are analyzed in this work. Peculiarities of commission of experts’ foundation and development are viewed; its place in the system of judicial and expert establishments of Ukraine is elucidated in this thesis. Special attention is paid to the problems of criminalistics divisions of the bodies of internal affairs’ legal regulation. Peculiarities of informative and analytical activity in criminalistics divisions of the bodies of internal affairs are researched; role and place of criminalistics divisions in preventive activity are elucidated. Legal grounds, principles and forms of cooperation between criminalistics divisions and investigative organs during prejudicial investigation are analyzed. Propositions as for introduction concrete changes and additions to legislation in force are formulated.
