Saksonov V. Organizational and legal ensuring of the fiscal policy of Russian empire at the South Ukraine territory (last third of the XVIII century).

The thesis is devoted to the research of the specific features of the organizational and the legal ensuring of the fiscal policy of Russian empire at the South Ukraine territory at last third of the XVIII century, elucidation of the content of basic statements of the legal acts, which reflect an essence and the main directions of these processes. For the first time the peculiarities of the legal regulation of incomes and expenses of Russian empire at the South Ukraine territory at last third of the XVIII century and the organizational and legal founds of the Russian authorities activity, which carried out the fiscal functions in the Novorossiys’k region at last third of the XVIII century, was analyzed in the dissertation work.
