The dissertation contains analysis of theoretical and practical issues connected with regulation rizik relations in Civil Law. The dissertation explores the features and legal nature of rizik contracts. The classification of rizik contracts has been carried out. The features of a rizik (aleatory) contract and legal status of the terms of rizik contracts have been determined. The analysis of features and nature of rizik as a terms of rizik (aleatory) contracts has been carried out. Special attention is devoted to the development of specific practical recommendations for the improvement of the Ukrainian civil legislation concerning rizik (aleatory) contracts.
