Golyshev V. Parliamentary associations: world experience and Ukrainian practice (the political analysis).

The dissertation is devoted to research of institute of the parliamentary majority and institute of parliamentary minority as subjects of the parliamentary control behind activity of government and components of mechanism of stabilization at division of state power. The role and importance of parliamentary associations in organization of political system of a society is determined, the politic-legal nature of institute of the parliamentary majority and institute of parliamentary minority is investigated, the level of efficiency of functioning of these institutes is considered depending on the elected form of government. The features of development of institute of the parliamentary majority and institute of the parliamentary minority in Ukraine in a context of the relations between legislative and executive branches of power are analysed. The offers concerning optimization of the constitutional regulation and political maintenance of the parliamentary majority in Ukraine are formulated.
