Gulko O. Miniinvasive surgery of hydatid liver disease

This thesis is devoted to problems of diagnostics and surgical treatment with using miniinvasive technologies in 85 patients with liver hydatid disease. The experimental research of the possibility to supply the method of electric welding of biological tissues in surgical gepatology was hold in this thesis. This method was adopted into the laparoscopic surgery of parasitic cyst of liver. The indications and the contraindicatios for punctural and laparoscopic methods of treatment were well grounded in the dissertation. The nearest and the distant resalts of treatment of the patients with the echinococcosis were studied and the prophylactic measures of complications and relapses were elaborated.
