Essay

Based of complex clinical, instrumental, and biochemical study it was revealed that main hemodynamic mechanism of forming hypertensive dyscirculatory encephalopathy against a background of cronic obstructive airway disorders was venous dysgemia and disturbances of compensation-adaptation mechanisms of the brain vessels which is accompanied by development of energy deficiency due to inhibition of oxidative phosphorylation and changes in oxidant-antioxidant system. Clinical features and types of treatment were revealed. Administration of metabolic and venotonic therapy to this patients was substantiated and introdused into the practice.
