Chernyshova L. Efficacy increasing of infertility treatment by the in vitro fertilization considering immunologic changes in female organism

The thesis is devoted to the solution of one of the most actual problems in obstetrics and gynecology, namely increasing of the frequency of embryo implantation within the in vitro fertilization (IVF) by working out of scientific proved schemes of immune diagnosis and immune correction. Scientific newness of the studies done is that the frequency of antisperm antibodies revealing in infertile patients, which was 16,2 %, was studied. For the first time the parameters of Т- and В-component of immune system in women with antisperm antibodies included in IVF were investigated. Using of the lymphocytes adherence suppression reaction allows to apply it for the first time as the test to determine conception and substantiate necessity of immune correction for patients with immune disorders, included in IVF. Worked out and applied schemes of diagnosis and treatment improved the process of embryo implantation, conception in 48,1 % and child's birth in 38,9 % of cases.
