Homonal V. Formation and development of economic activity legislation in the first Czechoslovakian republic (1918-1938).

The problem of formation and development of economic activity legislation in the first Czechoslovakian republic is being for the first time complexly examined on the level of monographic research. The problems of formation of economic activity legislation are analyzed, the peculiarities of the development of economic activity legislation on different stages of the period under analysis have been revealed in the thesis. The peculiarities of legal status of separate subjects of economic activity in different parts of Czechoslovakian republic are ascertained in the thesis. Having analyzed and established the regularities of formation and development of economic activity legislation in the first Czechoslovakian republic proposals are introduced concerning improvement of Ukrainian economic activity legislation.
