Mykhailiv M. Civil-law foundations of international technical assistance allotment in Ukraine.

The dissertation is an independent completed scientific work, the first in Ukraine complex research of the problem connected with law regulation relations in the sphere of international technical assistance allotment, in which on the basis of the valid legislation and practice the peculiarities of attraction allotment, and utilization of the international technical assistance with the consideration of the foreign practice and international acts are researched. The specificity of the law regulation for the international technical assistance allotment on the basis of the civil agreements is characterized. The analyses of the lawful means for the individuals' countenance, who accomplish the realization of the international technical assistance and the civil-law responsibility of the members of the agreements for the in execution or the undue execution of the agreements about the international technical assistance is being held.
