The dissertation thesis touches upon the studies of the peculiarities of the course of the ischemic heart disease with postinfarction cardiosclerosis of the patients with diabetes mellitus of the 2-nd type and effectiveness of the appliance of the medicine with antioxidative properties (trimetasidine, quercetinum and their combinations). It has been pointed to the unfavourable clinical course of ischemic heart disease with postinfarction cardiosclerosis of the patients with diabetes mellitus. And also more expressive deviations of the lipid metabolism and expressive activation of the lipid peroxidation with endogenes antioxidative protection system wich can testify to the formation of the oxidative stress of these patients. The course of ischemic heart disease with diabetes mellitus is worse with women patients. The necessity of the use of the means of antioxidative properties for patients suffering from ischemic heart disease with postinfarction cardiosclerosis and diabetes mellitus has been grounded.It has been shown that the additional introduction of the trimetasidine, quercetinum to the complex treatment of these patients has a favorable impact on the clinical course of ischemic heart disease and substantially increases the effectiveness of these patients treatment. The combined appliance of trimetasidine and quercetinum produces the most positive clinical effect wich is preconditioned by the increasing of their effect, it being realized through different pathogenic chans.
