Kohut O. Peculiarities of administrative implementations in the cases on careless competition

. Object – the legal regulation of public relations, that arise in the sphere of state protection of entities of economy and consumers from careless competition; purpose – analyze administrative implementations in the cases on careless competition and to make proposals on improvement of the current legislation related to competition; methods – historical-dialectical; of system analyses; system-functional; comparatively legal; formal-logical; novelty – complex analyzing the mechanism of procedure activity of the bodies of Anti-monopoly committee of Ukraine while considering the cases on careless competition; results – The detailed analysis of legal procedure regulation for implementation parties in the cases on careless competition has been created. The structure of the implementation has been defined and the succession of procedure actions in all its stages has been examined. The results of research can be used in scientific researching sphere and legislation activity, in practical activity of anti-monopoly bodies, in an educational process.
