Yakovenko V. Development of market of agricultural technics and technical service

Object of research: the agricultural enterprises, factories on manufacture of agricultural machines, enterprise of technical and technological service of agriculture. The purpose of research: a deepening of theoretical and methodological bases and generalization of practice functioning the market of engineering, technical-technological service, development and improvement of economic mechanisms of updating and increase of technical potential agroindustrial formations. Methods: monographic, statistical-economic, index, abstract-logic, expert, system and comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the basic organizational-economic principles of functioning both development of the market engineering and services for АIK are formulated; the ways of technical and technological reequipment of the enterprises agriculture of Ukraine in conditions of the market are proved on the basis of complete system of economic mechanisms and levers. Scientific novelty: is advanced and the methodological basisof functioning the market of engineering and services for agriculture is proved; the principles of formation of state technical policy in АПК are advanced and the ways of its realization are offered; the directions of reorganization and structural reorganization of domestic agricultural mechanical engineering are developed. Degree of introduction: the results of researches are realized at creation common Ukrainian Russian enterprise for manufacture of combines "Don-Lаn"; at introduction of preferential target crediting agricultural manufacturers through the common project community with limited liability "Ukrаgrolizing" and Joint-stock post pension bank "Аval"; by development and realization of the Law of Ukraine "About stimulation of development of domestic mechanical engineering for agriculture". Efficiency: the introduction of development will allow to improve filling the market by agricultural engineering, to improve system of nonproduction maintenance of agriculture and on this basis to increase an economic efficiency of agricultural manufacture. Sphere, area of use: the results of researches can be used at governmental and regional levels for improvement of organizational-economic bases of formation of system of nonproduction maintenance of agriculture, market of engineering and technical-technological services.
