Essay

Dissertation is based on results of observation of 203 patients with IHD, with aim of evaluation of dopplerechocardiographic methods of myocardial dysfunction diagnosis. It was established that relation between ventricular filling parameters is more pronounced in patients with preserved left ventricular systolic function, without pulmonary hypertension. The evaluation of flow propagation velocity and myocardial performance index makes possible to avoid limitations of the interpretation of transmitral flow in diagnostics of myocardial dysfunction.
