Rumyk I. The development of agro-industrial enterprises in the sugar-beet production

Object of research: agro-industrial enterprises in sugar-beet production. Deeply research materials of agricultural enterprises and processing plants of Cherkassy region held the development of production on the base of integration. The purpose of research: substantiation the theoretical and methodical approaches and practical propositions in reference to organizing and efficiency function of agro-industrial sugar-beet enterprises. Methods: dialectic, economic and statistical, monographic, graphic, analytic, group and comparison analysis, abstract-logical, calculation and construction, balance method. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and methodical approaches of improvement activities of agro-industrial sugar-beet enterprises may be used for working out measures on restructuring enterprises with new technological departments for production the sugar products and processing diversification products, working out the program of development sugar-beet production in Cherkassy region and Ukraine. Some principles of research have been put into the level of concrete propositions. Scientific novelty: the theoretical essence of agro-industrial enterprises are specified; the trends of development the agro-industrial sugar-beet enterprises and specialties of its organizing in Cherkassy region are detected; the regional specification the system of measures for increasing the efficiency of sugar-beet production are grounded; the first time, the production structure of agro-industrial sugar-beet enterprise have been working out; the methodical approaches for the calculation perspective volumes of sugar-beet production in Cherkassy region are improvement; the propositions for developing and increasing the efficiency of sugar-beet agro-industrial enterprises have been working out. Degree of introduction: the propositions for improvement economic relations between agricultural enterprises and processing plants was used by Uman District Department for agricultural and production in Cherkassy region (certificate # 663/06 12.25.03). The propositions for organizing new technological lines for production sugar products diversification products are taken to consideration in the Department for strategy development of agrarian economics the Ministry For Agrarian Policy of Ukraine (certificate # 11-20/55 03.24.04). Efficiency: using the results of research will help to increase the efficiency of sugar-beet production and competitive of products, more effective using of natural and economic potential of sugar-beet enterprises and processing plants of Cherkassy region and Ukraine.
