Olga О. The efficiency of ecologically safe land using in agriculture

Object of research: agricultural land of different natural and economic zones of Ukraine. The purpose of research: substantiation and development theoretical and practical methods of ecologically safe land using in agricultural on the base of complex analyses of introduction ecologically land cultivation in the enterprises of different natural and economic zones of Ukraine and ways of increasing its efficiency. Methods: dialectic, monographic, statistical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, correlation-regression analysis, calculation and construction method. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical and practical approaches to the increasing efficiency of ecologically safe land using in agriculture, the creation organizing and economic bases of the market of ecological clean production, the function of economic mechanism of ecologization of land using have been working out. The main aspects of dissertation have been deeply put into the level of methodic developments and concrete propositions according to measures of maintenance ecologically safe state of lands, economic mechanism of ecologization of land using, forming the market of ecological clean production. Scientific novelty: the essence of ecological safety and ecologically safe are specified; the first time, the economic mechanism of ecologization of land using are proposed; the difference between traditional and ecologically safe land using on the base of defining factors are detected; the complex of measures directed to providing positive economic, ecological and social results of ecologically safe land cultivation are working out; the trends of transformation the systems of land cultivation are detected; the structure of expanses providing effective growing of agricultural production on the base of ecologically safe land technologies are determined; the organizing and economic bases of forming ecologically clean production and market components of this production with consideration the specialties of ecologically safe land using in agriculture have been defined. Degree of introduction: the main scientific principles of the dissertation are using in the work the Ministry For Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, in the work of joint-stock company "Agro-Souz" Sinelnikov district, Dnipropetrovsk region, and in the study process of European University. Efficiency: using the results of research will help to increase the economic efficiency of land using, reproduction of land, making its quality characteristics more better, maintenance the needs of population in quality and ecologically clean agricultural production. Sphere, branch of use: parliament and government structures, agricultural enterprises of different organizing forms.
