Remote the research is devoted to development of the theoretical concept, which determines the basic rules of the certain methodological system of administrative law connected to fire safety. Is proved, that the methods and methodology, which make system of legal knowledge concerning fire safety, have the direct relation to a problematic of administrative law.The complex of normative-legal and organizational measures on improvement of system of state management in sphere of fire safety of our state is formulated, basing on result of the carried out researches.
