The study comprises 216 patients with nephrolithiasis after removal of concrements with different methods, who were receiving the preserved mineral water NAFTUSYA added to the complex of metaphylactic measures in the immediate post-operative period to normalize the functional state of kidneys and urinari tracts. The experimental studi showed in dynamics the effect of storage conditions for the mineral water NAFTUSYA on choleresis and urination of isolated gallbladder and urinari bladder in frogs and on the urination process after the water consumption course in rats. This mineral water was proved not to change its biologically active properties in the anaerobic conditions at 18?C for 30 days in the presence of preservative 0,3% CO2. The effective usage of the preserved mineral water NAFTUSYA gast after removal of concrements at hoshital to enhance the complex metaphylaxis of nephrolithiasis and to elevate the efficacy of antirecurrent treatment by normalization of risk factors against nephrolithiasis and to accelerate these processes is proved.
