Koshkalda I. Improvement of leasing relations in the system of farm mechanism at agricultural enterprises

. Object: tenant relations in the system of farming under private land ownership forms and private ownership of means of production. Purpose: working out practical propositions aimed at improving tenant relations as a constituent part of farming mechanism at agricultural enterprises. Methods: abstract-logical, monographic, graphical, economic-mathematical, statistics and analysis. Results: propositions as for effective functioning of tenant relations within the system of farming mechanism in agricultural enterprises have been formulated. Novelty: there has been obtained the further development of theoretical, methodological and methodical aspects of introducing tenant relations in the system of farming mechanism at agricultural enterprises; a complex research aimed at conditions and trends of tenant relations development under the land reform and agricultural enterprises restructuring in Kharkiv Region has been carried out; advisability of foreign experience use in the field of tenant relations has been based on, the mechanism of relationship between the sum of land tenant payment and industrial concentration, intensity, profitability has been investigated as well as the parameters of this mechanism have been evaluated; the methodical approaches for quantitative evaluation allowing to determine influencing definite factors on land tenant payment has been carried out; an inadequate correspondence of tenant payment to qualitative indices of land sites (money estimate of 1 conventional cadastre hectare and the bonitet scale) has been established by means of claster analysis;. the system of indices of ecological-agrochemical characteristics of land sites used under tenant relations conditions has been worked out for the first time, the system of indices can also serve as an appendix to the tenant agreement; the alternative form of purchase-sale agreement of property share on long-term payment conditions has been worked out. Field of practical use: agricultural enterprises of various property forms, regional agricultural management bodies, agrarian higher educational establishments.
