Object of research: management processes by financial activity of enterprise in conditions of economy in transition. Purpose of research: elaboration on basis of system management diagnostics conception approach by financial activity of enterprise and mechanisms of its implementation, oriented on rise of acceptance efficiency of administrative decisions of tactical and strategic nature, allowing to provide firm, dynamic and balanced development of enterprise economy. Methods of research: methods of structural analysis, expert appraisals, graphic analysis, grouping methods, methods and prognostication models; Results: exposed the basic management particular features by financial activity of enterprise in conditions of economy in transition of Ukraine; defined a diagnostics place in complex of general management functions by financial activity of enterprise; worked up a conceptual management diagnostics system construction model by financial activity of enterprise; offered a management problems recognition classifier by financial activity of enterprise; worked up a management diagnostics system implementation mechanisms complex by financial activity of enterprise; worked up a system structure of information decisions making support in management diagnostics by financial activity of enterprise. Novelty: for the first time: is represented a construction idea of conceptual management diagnostics system model by financial activity of enterprise; is offered a management problems recognition classifier by financial activity of enterprise; got further development: decompositional intercommunication model of general functions and management subsystems by financial activity of enterprise; management diagnostics mechanisms complex by financial activity of enterprise; improved: choosing method of optimum elaboration model of forecasting appraisals of financial indexes.
