Safonchik O. Legal regulation of breaking off marriage in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to an all – embracing investigation of legal regulations, which occur between shouses in connection which dissolution of their marriage that caused the necessity to work out a new approach to the settlement of marriage and family legal relations and strengthening of legal instruments for their legalization. For the first time the institution of breaking off a marriage are carried on at a scientific level under the new legislation of Ukraine. The principal aim of the thesis is determination of grounds and order of breaking off a marriage, their peculiarities, which are connected which the change of legislation, thearetical analysis of legal consequences that occur in the course of contraction and dissolution of a marriage. The genesis of the institution of marriage, its significance in present day family law as a reason for the rise of marriage and family legal relations, grounds and order of breaking off a marriage and also legal consequences arising between people in connection which breaking off a marriage are successively investigated in the dissertation.
