Kolosovska I. Image Making of the Local Public Administrations in Ukraine

Object: the activity of the local public administrations on the conditions of becoming of market relations and realization of administrative and political reforms. Goal: generalization of theoretical-methodical and essential principles of imagemaking, ways, models and mechanisms of its management in the local public administrations. Methods: system analysis, induction, deduction, modeling, analysis and synthesis, expert's appraisal, statistical methods. Results: the multilevel model of the local public administrations image has been created, the methodology of the appraising of the state administrations image has been suggested, the conceptual fundamentals of the complex programme of the creation and support of the positive image of the local public administrations have been formulated. Usage: in the process of training of specialists and masters of arts in public administration, retraining the public servants, in the practical activity of the local organs of the executive power.
