Tereshkevich G. Development of bioethics in Ukraine (a state-management aspect)

Object: social relations which come out from the theoretical-and-conceptual and applied aspects of functioning of bioethics' principles in Ukrainian society. Goal: complex analysis and study of historical roots and epistemology of bioethics as new branch of science, working of theoretical principles and practical recommendations for public administration organs in area of health protection. Methods: phenomenological, hermeneutical, analytical, system analysis, inductive, deductive. Results: historical roots of bioethics, epistemology of bioethics as science, models of bioethics and its philosophical and methodological principles were defined and systematized; in context of public administration it was defined the necessity to create proper legislative basis of bioethics' functioning. Usage: in process of studies of specialists and masters of arts in field of public administration, in particular in area of health protection; re-training of public servants, in practical work of local organs of executivepower.
