Rodimenko I. Organizational-diagnostic activity of the Regional Psychological Medical-Pedagogical Center

The given research covers the main conditions of effective work of the Regional Medical-Pedagogical Commission (RMPC) as a polyfunctional state structure, defines its functions system, mechanisms and concepts of Its activity. The study includes RMPC polystructural model, organizational forms and peculiarities of concepts and methods of diagnostics and correction work with physically and mentally retarded persons (children) at educational-rehabilitation center. The research substantiates and defines the system of principles of psychological-medical-pedagogical examination together with mechanism of psychophysical growth and development peculiarities reveal. The work describes RMPC activity, which is realized in various organizational forms on the basis of practical directedness, and clarifies the joint activity of RMPC with corresponding local institutions on the issues of parental organizations integration into rehabilitation process. The work also determines conditions of specialists' and parents' defectology culture formation.
