Sumtzov D. Pathogenic substantiation of diagnostics and treatment pregnant with the chronic pyelonephritis complicated with anemia.

Object - pregnant women with the chronic pyelonephritis complicated with anemia, and healthy pregnant women; purpose - to specify features of chronic pyelonephritis, complicated with anemia during the period of gestation, in view of immune status condition, changes of hemostasis system and morpho-functional conditions of placentae, to develop method of correction and prophylaxis; methods - for achievement of the research's purpose in work are used clinical-laboratory, microbiological, immune-morphological, hemostasiological, sonographical and statistical methods of research; novelty - for the first time at a modern methodical level pathogenetic mechanisms of the chronic pyelonephritis complicated with anemia during the gestational period are comprehensively investigated. It is determined ethiologacal role of urogenital infections in development of chronic pyelonephritis. For the first time research of the immune status of pregnant women at the chronic pyelonephritis complicated with an anemia was carried out. It was established features of hemostasis system. It was carried out complex immune-morphological investigation of placentae at chronic pyelonephritis. It was offered and proved the differentiated approach to treatment and preventive maintenance chronic pyelonephritis, complicated with anemia during gestational period; results - differentiated approach to treatment and preventive maintenance of chronic pyelonephritis, complicated with anemia, during the gestational period in view of revealed infringements in the basic pathogenical parts is offered and proved. The new preparation - Memoplant, which promoting to normalization of immune infringements and parameters of hemostasis system, that promotes decrease of perynatal losses; introduction - in practice of Kharkov maternity hospitals N1, N2, N5, N7, Sumy maternity hospital N1, and Kremenchuk maternity hospital, into pedagogical process of obstetrics and gynecology department of Kharkov medical academy of postgraduate educations; sphere of application-medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
