Ogranization-economical aspects of the risk reduction for the light industry enterprises. The purpose is the development of methodical background for organization-economical ways of risk reduction and bankruptcy prevention. Methods of research: method of economical and financial analysis, ranking and expert evaluation, economic-statistical and balance models, methods of uncertain mathematics, mathematical modelling. The following models were developed: diagnosis of the crisis, background of management decision making under uncertain conditions including usefulness function and acceptable premium for risk reduction; prove of anti-crisis activities. Algorithm of risk diagnosis was improved that let timely identify and avoid the crisis. There were proposed ways of ogranization-economical improvements for risk reduction, methods of activities to avoid risk and bankruptcy by selecting alternative projects. There were proved organization-economical ways of risk reduction for the light industry enterprises operations. The scope of application is the light industry enterprises.
