Ecologo-pedagogical culture is treated as an important part of personality of a teacher which is manifested in the teachers work. The culture model has four inter-related structural components: emotive, cognitive, connotative and motivational. On the basis of the model the author devised the criteria and standards of formation of ecologo-pedagogical culture which were used in a pedagogical technique for culture development during re-training of teachers. The author determined didactic conditions as well as gave methodological recommendations about organizational and methodological factors of development of ecologo-pedagogical culture.
