Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the problem of diagnostics and therapy of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathies (AIDP). Modern clinical forms of AIDP were separated. Atypical variants and its clinical manifestations were described. The electroneuromyographic characteristic of myelino- and axonopathies, mixed variants and frequency of its revealing in the patients with AIDP were performed. Dynamics of immunological indexes, levels of pro- (TNF-alfa, IL-6) and anti inflammatory (IL-4) cytokines under the influence of worked out therapy was studied. Efficacy of the plasmapheresis and intravenous immunoglobulin usage in growing palsies period was demonstrated. The differential therapy of axono- and myelinopathies in recovery period was proposed.
