The object - is the processes of outlook and the socio-cultural processes of transformation people’s life in the spectacle formation context. The goal – to reveal the philosophical conditions of appear and transformations of spectacle as the phenomena of culture. Methods – historical, comparative, analyses, social. Theo- retical results and their novelty – to determination of the meaning “spectacle”. The basic characteristic to give a description. The ba- sic periods of transformation the culture of spectacle is study. The sphere of use – the academic teaching process, research work.
