Object of research: process of maintenance of industrial activity of the enterprise by turnaround means; the purpose of work: development of theoretical bases and methodical recommendations for perfection of management of turnaround means of the enterprise; a technique of research and equipment: methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis, expert methods of data processing, system approach, mathematical modeling, graphic methods; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to management of turnaround means of the enterprise on bases of drawing up of the complex target program, methodical approach to the analysis of dynamics(changes) of movement of elements of turnaround means of the enterprise on the basis of imitating modeling, the circuit of account of duration of an operational cycle of the enterprise is advanced with the purpose of its reduction, the interrelations of economic concepts " turnaround means ", "working capital", " turnaround actives " are determined, the administrative functions are opened for separate elements of turnaround means of the enterprise; the practical value of the received results consists that the introduction of results of work promotes increase of a management efficiency by turnaround means at the enterprises; a subject and degree of introduction: the development are introduced into work ОАО "Азовкабель" and ПСМО "Энергостройинвест"; sphere of use: the industrial enterprises, educational process.
