Isaev V. The treatment of chronic pain syndrome in oncological paitients by chamical neurolisis

Were investigated oncological patients with CPS with various localisation and degree of expression. The control group was made with 60 patients, which were carried out POA, the basic group is submitted 62 oncological patients, which were carried out ECN, SCN, CNSI, in the heaviest condition - POA in a combination with opioids. To an estimation of quality of analgesia were applied clinical (SVE, VAS, SK, SPA), laboratory (KA excreation) methods of research, parameters is intimate - vases systems and breath (APs, АPd, АPav, CEB, t?c-t?r, FB). On the basis of the carried out researches are developed and the methods chemical neurolisis in a combination with narcotic analgetics are advanced. For each patient the basic diagnostic criteria of analgesia are developed. For an estimation of a degree exertion of -effects used a mark estimation of the received results. The developed techniques and offered algorithm of analgesia have allowed to increase quantity of good results of treatment by 56,5 % in comparisonwith parenteral opioid analgesia - 33,3 %. The satisfactory result significally did not differ in control and basic group of researches. The unsatisfactory result in 2,3 times prevailed at the patients of control group in comparison by the basic group of research.
