Object - hemostasiologic, hormonal, immunological and sonodopplerometric changes at women with the stood pregnancy on terms гестации till 14 weeks; methods - clinical, tool, ultrasonic, immunofermentic biochemical, statistical; novelty is specified the importance of major factors of risk of occurrence and development of the stood pregnancy on early terms; for the first time the role prolonged fibersynthesize and hormonalproductive trophoblast is proved; for the first time the basic are investigated dopplerometrical parameters trophoblastic blood circulations at the stood pregnancy; for the first time differences of clinical-pathogenetic mechanisms of occurrence and development of the stood pregnancy and anembrioniy are revealed; for the first time the medicamentous method of interruption of the stood pregnancy on early terms is offered and approved; Results - are developed and pathogenetic methods of forecasting, before clinical diagnostics, preventive maintenance of complications and ways of interruption are proved at the stood pregnancy on the basis of studying results of clinical-laboratory and hardware methods of research.
