The present scientific work is aimed at the improvement of reproductive function rehabilitation in women with infertility resulted from external genital endometriosis by the modernization of diagnostic and medical approaches during the application of non-invasive and invasive methods of diagnostics and combined treatment with consideration of morphofunctional state of ovaries and the nature of ovarian dysfunction. The clinical and laparoscopic peculiarities of external genital endometriosis with infertility were studied. The nature of anovulation was determined as one of the reasons of infertility with external genital endometriosis. The necessity of morphological investigation of bioptates of ovaries for the final verification of the ovarian dysfunction nature was proved. The elaborated diagnostic and treatment algorithm allowed increasing the efficiency of the primary and remote results of the reproductive function rehabilitation in women with infertility with background external genital endometriosis.
