Slobodjan A. Coordinated action of railway and water transport on an example of Belgorod-Dnestrov seaport

Work of Belgorod-Dnestrov trade seaport. Determination of the optimum mode of the system of coordnated action of railway and water transport in the trade seaport. Methods of system analysis, and also vehicle of mathematical statistics and submachine probabilistic-gun design are used. Are deep existing and developed new theoretical positions in relation to the effective cooperation of railway and water transport in the marine port in case of transportation of loads. At first: new notion of the system is grounded "sea - railway", which engulfs cooperation of marine and railway transport in the marine port; an aggregate of factors, which affect functioning the system "sea - railway" is exposed; economic & mathematical models, which represent cooperation of marine and railway transport in port, and also optimum distributing of courts between moorages are explored; methodical positions of estimation of intermodal transportations in the direct-mixed "sea - railway" are given in the subsequent development.
