The study is devoted to the problems of fetal hypotrophy pathogenesis in women with chronic pyelonephritis (CP) and improvement of methods of preventing this pathology.Risk factors for fetal hypotrophy development have been established, supplementary prognostic criteria concerning fetal hypotrophy in pregnant women with CP have been developed, as well as prognostication algorithm. The complex of treatment and prophylactic measures directed at preventing fetal hypotrophy development in pregnant women with chronic pyelonephritis has been improved.
