Pidjukova T. Civil consequences of exemption from liability from criminal responsibility (by the non-exonerative circumstances)

The issues of regulation of the relations connected with civil consequences that appears while the exemption from liability from criminal responsibility by the non-exonerative circumstances are investigated. The exemption from liability from criminal responsibility by these circumstances entails some civil consequences. Civil consequences that release persons who committed crimes from responsibility stipulate for the whole range of law instruments of defense legal rights and interests, first of all victims, establishments and organizations that suffered from material (pecuniary) damage and announced demand for compensation, restoration of rights and good reputation of citizenry that are exempted from liability from criminal responsibility by the non-exonerative circumstances. The author's definition of civil consequences is given in the thesis.
