The object – the process of teacher’s professional activity oriented at physical education of senior pupils. The aim – to substantiate theoretically, ascertain and approve experimentally pedagogical conditions promoting effective professional activity of teacher aimed at development physical, qualities of senior pupils. The methods are theoretical, empirical, statistic. The results and novelty – the ascertained pedagogical conditions promoting effective teacher’s professional activity aimed at development of physical qualities of senior pupils; eleborated and scientifically approved model of teacher’s professional activity aimed at development of physical qualities of senior pupils; concretized concepts “professional activity of teacher developing physical qualities of senior pupils”, “ecologically oriented pedagogy”; specified influence of Ukrainian folk games of senior pupils. The practical results: the eleborated and approved methods of professional training of teachers oriented at physical qualities of senior pupils; methods of developing physical qualities of senior methods of developing physical exercises, Ukrainian folk games and funs. The subject and degree of introduction – eleborated and approved methodikal reference “Development of physical qualities of senior pupils by means of Ukrainian folk games”.
