Essay

As a result of studies state of given species have been obtained.Patterns of their distribution within the Kakhovka reservoir area as well as suitability of local conditions for fattening and propagation of their populations have been determined. It has been found that available food base was not a limiting factor for existence of these species in the Kakhovka reservoir.Taking into account particularities of commercial, recreational, and illegal fisheries, there have been developed recommendations regarding rising efficiency of the use of golden carp and rudd of the Kakhovka reservoir.
