It has been investigated the particular qualities of psychoemotional state of functioning vegetative nervous, sympathoadrenal, serotoninomelatonin system and digestive gastric motor activity in women with physiological pass of the first course of pregnancy and in case of emesis gravidarum. According to the result of the research, suggested and scientifically proved complex of therapeutic arrangement for individual treatment of emesis gravidarum with consideration of changes in central nervous system and in gastric motor activity. It has been proved the expediency and the efficiency of use the proposed scheme in treatment of emesis gravidarum
