The processes of organizational management structures forming. The aim of our investigation is to introduce methodical means for organizational management structures forming, adapted to the market conditions. Methods of investigation are system analyses and mathematical modeling methods. Methodical means to estimate and choose better variant of organizational management structure have been developed. The model to form organizational management structures has been introduced, aimed at the enterprise activities. The aue of usage is industrial enterprises.
