Renewal of intestinal integrity with forming antiperistaltic insertion by length allows not less than half of removal department to prevent the origin of osteodefiency. On the basis of complex inspection 60 patients who carried a resection 50 % and more of thin bowel length, efficiency of antiperistaltic insertions application is set for prevention of bone tissue mineral density losing.
