Essay

The dissertation is devote to the studies of neutrophile dependent mechanisms of phagocytosis involvement to the development of chronic immunocomplex process in vivo and in vitro in mixt cultures of neutrophiles with endotheliocytes and their correction by quercitine. It was shown that chronic immunocomplex disease in rats characterizes by growing of all indices of circulating immune complexes, lowering of complement system activity, capturing function of neutrophiles and activation of enzymatic processes in them. It was revealed that quercitine causes reduction of pathogenic circulating immune complexes and stabilization of neutrophilic phagocytosis in rats with chronic immunocomplex disease and improves capturing and enzymatic function of neutrophiles, incubated with endothelial cells in vitro, more effective than placental polybiolin.
